Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have. If you’ve been struggling with sleep for a while or have unanswered questions, bring them along. Your practitioner will explain everything in simple, clear terms, avoiding any technical jargon.
By the end of the session, you and your practitioner will work together to develop an investigative healthcare plan tailored to address your sleep concerns. At this point, one of our health coaches will join the session to ensure you fully understand the plan and the mindmap. They’ll provide additional resources and help review the treatment plan you’ve developed with your practitioner.
If you choose to join our healthcare program, your health coach will help with arranging supplements, coordinating any necessary testing, and scheduling your first coaching appointment. Together, you’ll outline the practical steps to implement your treatment plan effectively.

A health mindmap is a powerful visual tool that brings together all the insights from your deep dive session, giving you a clearer, more comprehensive understanding of your sleep health. It organises the details you share with your practitioner, mapping out your sleep issues from a biological perspective and linking them to potential influences such as your diet, lifestyle, stress levels, and environmental factors. Many patients find that a health mindmap provides them with a fresh perspective on their health, often seeing their sleep struggles in a way that makes sense for the first time.
As you move forward with the program, your practitioner will update and refine the mindmap as new insights emerge – ensuring nothing is overlooked. This dynamic map becomes a guide for your treatment plan, leaving no aspect of your sleep health unexamined.

Do you work with patients outside of Australia, and if so, how?
Yes, we work with patients worldwide via telehealth. However, managing international logistics, labs, and supplements often requires additional time and can lead to delays. To ensure we maintain the same high standard of care as for our local patients, international patients can access our 5 or 7 month program. This approach allows us to deliver a seamless and effective experience.
What are the payment terms, and do you offer a payment plan?
A payment of $870 is due at the time of booking your deep dive consultation. The program fee is payable upon signing up for one of our programs, with the option to split the payment into monthly instalments through our trusted payment partners.
