Yes. The formula itself doesn’t change between countries, though the numbers going into it are reported differently depending on where you test. Australian labs report glucose in mmol/L, while US labs use mg/dL, and insulin is reported the same way (mU/L, equivalent to uIU/mL) in both systems.
