While working as a critical care nurse in hospitals, Kelly witnessed firsthand the toll that stress and overwhelming demands can take on one's health. Moreover, she experienced the limitations of conventional medicine in effectively addressing her constant headaches, fatigue, and susceptibility to viruses. This eye-opening experience, coupled with her time in the corporate world that intensified the pressures of balancing work and personal life, served as pivotal catalysts for Kelly to explore holistic ways of caring for her wellbeing.
Kelly’s exploration led her to health coaching, earning certifications in Nutrition & Health Coaching, and embracing various healing modalities, including training as a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner.
Kelly’s passion lies in helping people address all aspects of their health and wellbeing to create a strong foundation for a flourishing life. She has a keen interest in helping patients understand and manage stress, listen to their body’s cues, and create new lifestyle habits that serve wellness.
